LGraph privacy policy

Effective 27 October 2026.

LGraph is a private tool of one Etsy handmade shop, operated by the shop's owner. It is used only by the owner and the shop's operator. This policy describes what LGraph does with data it receives from Google.

What LGraph accesses

With the owner's explicit consent, LGraph uses the Gmail API with the read-only scope (gmail.readonly) to read one separate mailbox that the owner set up for correspondence with suppliers, contractors and partners. It reads the messages and attachments in that mailbox and the mailbox's address. It does not access any other Google data, and it cannot send, change or delete e-mail.

How the data is used

The messages are copied into the owner's private LGraph database so that the owner and the operator can read, search and answer their correspondence with their own AI assistant (Claude, by Anthropic), which reads a message only when they ask it to. The data is not used for advertising, is not sold and is not shared with anyone else.

Storage and access

The data is stored on a private server controlled by the owner, and the database is included in the owner's encrypted off-site backups. Only the owner and the operator can open it, each with a personal access token. The data is kept until the owner deletes it.

Revoking access

The owner of the mailbox can revoke LGraph's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; collection then stops. To ask about the data or have it deleted, write to the contact below.

Google API Services User Data Policy

LGraph's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
